龜頭溝分泌物

病患者男 - 27歲

醫生你好, 我龜頭溝呢幾日有濕濕的感覺, 反開後異味很大, 而且用紙巾印一印, 紙巾上有微黃既液體, 印下去時也覺得少少痛. 另外屙尿後有時會覺得尿道口熱熱地, 少少痛咁.

請問這是什麼問題? 謝謝!
