私處生了暗倉

病患者女 - 22歲

很久之前在私處（毛髮位）類似生了暗倉的物體，會痕癢不痛，但沒有理會。

現在暗倉位很痕癢和發大了位置，沒有含膿，不痛。請問是什麼狀況？謝謝
