？黑痣

你好，本人沖涼時發現肛門位置有2-3粒黑點，及外陰陰唇位置有一粒黑色點（這位置顏色較大和較淺色），不癢不痛
在這些位置出現會否是癌症皮膚癌？是否需要到皮膚科檢查或要做甚麼檢查？
近來覺得出現在身上，如手臂位置黑點比以前多了一些...曾經看過醫生只是說黑素增生
