經期紊亂

本人今年46歲, 大半年前開始經期好幾個月才來一次, 而且量比之前少, 3-5日就完結. 而且近三個月開始常有無固冒流, 身體發熱. 以往一覺瞓天光, 現在晚上卻每2 小時便醒一次, 身體發熱流汗. 應該從婦女病著手, 還是提早更年期呢.
