尿尖紅點及腫

病患者男 - 36歲

葉醫生，近幾個月發覺尿道尖左邊有1點紅點，不痕不痛，尿後會明顯紅，有時會淡色，有時左邊尿尖，尖位會腫起少少d皮長左，隔一陣又會退腫（有圖片），想問下是否正常，因上星期驗尿中左微小尿原體，岩岩食完藥，是否有影響？（空窗期3個月已驗愛滋，梅毒，疱疹1，2型，hpv 結果無事）謝謝
