懷疑疱疹2型

病患者男 - 30歲

林醫生你好！本人4個月前曾進行不安全性行為。最近曾接受性病檢查，發現對HSV-2 igG抗體呈陽性（數值為0.08)。而且發現陰莖上有十數粒微小白點，但不痛不癢亦無任何液體流出。請問這是否疱疹2型的前期徵兆？需要食藥治療嗎？謝謝林醫生解答！
