月經期間流啡

病患者女 - 19歲

我上一次月經日子是13/6，本人經期向來不準，曾經試過2個月沒來經，而且每次經期時間不一，會遲。在7月初是下體有少許念珠菌發炎，但其後已治癒。
然後17/7號下體開始流啡，量不多，曾經有很少和稀的血，請問這是月經嗎？為什麼有這樣的情況？念珠菌發言會影響嗎？
（應該可以排除懷孕，因在月經遲到7天時驗孕，結果是陰性）
