耳鳴及積水

陳醫生，您好！
我十多年前患上中耳炎，做過攞管小手術，但自此一直便有耳鳴（右耳）。近幾年，常覺耳內積水，右邊的聽力好像細聲了，耳塞住了有偶然鼓起氣能通耳道，但不久又出現積水了。這問題令我很困擾，恐長期會影響聽力。謝謝！
