懷孕期間能否做眼底激光修補手術

您好！
本人最近發現眼部飛蚊情況變多，檢查後右眼眼底視網膜有兩個小孔，需做眼底激光修補，由於正在懷孕中期，請問激光修補對胎兒有沒有影響？
