面部跳動

本人2月份首先由眼瞼開始跳動,然後一直發展去到下眼瞼及面部和眼瞼一起跳,靜止不動也是一直跳顫搐,幾小顫然後就一下比較大的顫動,直至現在另一邊面也一起跳,只有入睡後才好像才不跳，請問是面肌痙攣嗎.
