替非固定單一女方口交及在沒有用安全套情況下在女方陰道外射了精
請問感染性病的機會率很高嗎？

之前沒有任何不良嗜好
身體狀況一直良好沒有長期病患及不需要食藥
想再問感染性病與本身個人身體抵抗力好與壞有關嗎
