驗孕棒得一條線有懷孕嗎？

病患者女 - 20歲

本人經期不準，在2-3月期間兩個月沒經期，但上2次經期分別是1/4和28/4。到現在已經遲經15天，使用驗孕棒後結果為一條線，陰性，但持續性胸漲痛，有可能懷孕嗎？需要抽血檢查？
