向柏金遜患者haloperidol是否會影響病情？

病患者女 - 56歲

家人為柏金遜症患者，因膀胱發炎後產生急性精神錯亂
院方建議處方低劑量haloperiod，但本人查詢過後發現此藥並不適用於柏金遜病人，藥物或可嚴重影響柏金遜病情及引致死亡

請問現時是否有其他藥物可作替代？
