割子宮及子宮肌瘤

范醫生你好，

我今年45歲，曾接受微創割子宮肌瘤之後再復發，現在最大一粒肌瘤4.5cm, 醫生告訴我這個大少要考慮割掉整個子宮或只割肌瘤，不知應如何選擇。想請問如果選擇割整個子宮會有什麼後遺症呢？
