肚臍右方按壓痛

你好

之前曾因腹脹問題求診腸胃專科，經他敲打檢查後已排除腹水等問題，但有察覺腸道十分緊，開了消化藥及腸蠕動酶藥

食了幾天就發現按壓肚臍附近感覺有明顯痛楚

請問是否與大腸有關？

因大便長期都是介乎便秘與痾散之間，沒有黑色，沒嘔吐發燒
會否是盲腸炎？

因沒有劇烈痛楚應該向哪科求診？（政府門診是否需專介？）
