尿道炎問題

病患者男 - 20歲

醫生你好

本人早前曾確診非淋尿道炎，醫生更推斷細菌已進入前列腺。在經過抗生素治療後不適已得到改善，但現時尿液中混有一種類似塑膠的氣味。請問有可能是甚麼症病？我需要到泌尿科還是皮膚科求診？
