過濾性病毒~疣

掌心長出一顆痘，不同之處是它發展到火山口似的冒出幾顆肉頭。
一個多月的時間
這幾天不小心劃破了小傷口，流一丁點血。
之前間中會有黑點，時有時無。
現在觀察有幾顆肉頭聚在一起，像原子筆口大少。
我想撤底清除，該如何處理？
如果是疣，是否即時睇皮膚課醫生處理？
還是由得它慢慢消退？
