喉嚨痛食止痛藥有無效?

病患者男 - 36歲

我喉嚨痛, 醫生唔肯開抗生素比我, 佢檢查過, 只係有少少紅....我知抗生素唔可以亂食, 但都唔係食止痛藥黎消炎呱?
如果係咁, 我自己買藥食都得啦....有食政府啲消炎酵素, 但藥力咁細, 好唔到....喉嚨痛應該點做?
