胃痛火燒心

病患者女 - 30歲

呢幾日反覆有胃脹痛，都有火燒心心口悶痛。但每次都係燒心還燒心，胃脹痛還胃脹痛，唔會一齊嚟。咁請問醫生，我呢個情況，火燒心關唔關個胃嘅事？
