大腿痛

洪醫生你好！本人近月兩大腿在做一些動作時會出現疼痛（之前沒有弄傷），最痛是準備蹲下去到一半時，在完全蹲下後是不痛的，但蹲下後不能企起身，要靠雙手支撐才起到！除此，我發現跑不到，但行路沒問題！痛感好難形容，當做上述動作時整個大腿會感覺好硬同拉住，裡面痛，不知是否筋骨。不過，這些情況不是全日，主要在晚上，但現在發生頻密了！煩請教洪醫生我是什麼問題🙏
