你好，梁醫生，
我腦最近時常想人與人之間對話，例如我説了「哈哈」，有時人沒有再回覆，在這種情況下我便沒法知道對方有沒有收到我的話語，覺得會不會有些奇怪事令對方收不到，但同時又覺得自己想法奇怪，別人應該收到的。請問我要怎麼處理這種困擾呢？謝謝
