病患者女 - 15歲

早兩日發現肛門口有類似飛滋嘅嘢，坐低起身會痛，排便時冇血但一經過嗰個位會痛，似食嘢掂到飛滋嘅「乸」，請問係咩嚟？同埋可以點改善，洗唔洗睇醫生？thx
