尿道炎

病患者男 - 26歲

你好醫生 我每次小便後有灼熱感, 有少少痛, 但休息20分鐘左右灼熱感便減輕很多, 但仍有點點想去小便的感覺. 睡覺時沒有夜尿, 但有少許分泌物從陰莖流出, 請問這會是什麼問題呢? 睇普通科醫生可以嗎？ 唔該
