腕管綜合症

病患者男 - 45歲

本人於去年右手患上腕管綜合症，做了衝擊波5至6次後仍無效，之後注射了兩次類固醇，手腕痛楚消失，但最近一個月手腕又出現痛楚，醫生建議先做衝擊波，若無效再注射類固醇。我從網上得知注射類固醇,有機會出現肌枯,，請問再次注射的風險是否很大?是否有其它方法治療?若再注射,會否之後再復發?謝謝
