前列腺炎與寄生蟲

病患者男 - 25歲

本人先前因前列腺炎吃抗生素治療，進展非常少。
因肛門經常痕癢，於是上網搜尋，
發現寄生蟲感染會導致肛門痕癢
於是在藥房買杜蟲藥Mebendazole，效果非常良好
吃了3日感覺已好大半，肛門亦沒有痕癢，
但幾日後症狀回來。恥骨腹股溝附近少少癢加少少痛
請問以上資料顯示，我是感染了哪種寄生蟲，要吃哪種藥呢？
