你好，我第三胎現在喂人奶，頭3個月有打過3個月個個避孕針，中間不時有不規則出血，可能係避孕針副作用，無留意，3/12號來月經晚上就超多很厚的片要換2片像泉水動一下就有很多，13號1個半鐘就要換一片姨媽巾，人都有小小暈，上網查好懷疑子宮裡面有問題，平時無月經有幾日是有黃色分泌物，請問我應該怎麼做即時看醫生還是等月經過了再睇
