皮膚問題

龜頭在不勃起的時候本來是光滑的現在好像有點乾燥，看好來有點凹凸不平，還好像有點黏黏的。包皮最近好像有點皺在一起。請問這是怎麼一回事呢。而且本人中學時曾有股癬，看過醫生後一直沒消退的跡象，但已經沒有癢癢的感覺，只留下黑黑的痕跡，請問這是已經根治了嗎
