長期肌肉緊繃

病患者女 - 20歲

身體各個肌肉只要有段時間唔活動之後就會十分緊繃...有時候揸拳頭之後再嘗試打開手指都十分困難...同埋上樓梯一開始都好難抬起隻腳但之後就變返正常...維持左幾年唔知咩原因😭係咪應該要睇骨科
