持續有胃氣

病患者男 - 26歲

於2年多年前開始有長時間有嗝氣及多屁
2年前照過胃鏡有胃體炎,胃竇炎及切除息肉
大便2年以來都是較黏不成形
近2個月胃部不息情況加重
腹部不斷作響晚間更為繁密
晚間有胃氣但頂住頂住難以嗝出
請問原因及治療方法
另問胃竇炎是否不能根治?
