陰莖刺痛

病患者男 - 21歲

我上星期性行為後 我的陰莖出現痕癢和輕微刺痛，也有輕微感冒和背痛，沒有出現水泡，小便也不痛，有小小紅，會是感染了胞疹嗎？可否根治？現在可以做檢驗嗎？還是只是發炎？
