前列腺癌

病患者男 - 73歲

我驗有前列腺癌,2019/6月做手術切除整個前列腺及淋巴,
10月驗血psa係0.08但在2020/1月再驗psa係0.27醫生話可能尚有癌細胞未清,提議再電療檢查.請問有無澈底清除痊癒? 多謝指教!!!
