胃不舒服心跳很快

病患者男 - 49歲

胃不舒服好幾年，飯後總是脹頂感，有時背部也有頂感。要過一段時間才緩。兩個星期前感冒期間, 突然一次飯後，坐著昏昏欲睡時，突然心狂跳很悸，感覺胃有血湧向心令心狂跳, 像玩海盜船的那種心虛感, 久久不止, 要幾個多小時才慢慢平復。現在每天都這樣，尤其早上早餐後坐巴士, 午飯後坐著休息想睡時, 心會不期然狂跳, 跳得好像快要停了。我是胃有事還是心臟有事?該去看什麼專科呢?
