關節腫痛

病患者女 - 20歲

我由琴日開始手指關節同膝、碗關節腫痛，而且肘同肩都有少少痛，我睇左網上資料我懷疑自己類風濕性關節炎，請問我應該去邊度做d咩檢查先呢？另外我啊媽有紅斑狼瘡，我睇過紅斑狼瘡都有機會遺傳，而女性更係有較高機會㦬患，我想問會唔會有機會係紅斑狼瘡呢？
