血清素

病患者男 - 47歲

本人因焦慮症吃了十年抗抑鬱藥(Sertraline 血清素)，但這幾年發現射精時接近沒有快感，
請問這是否藥物的副作用，又有沒有在吃藥下能改善這情況？？
