頭皮面部胸口出現發紅及脫皮情況

病患者男 - 25歲

轉季這幾天，皮膚異常乾燥，頭皮，眉心，眉，嘴的周圍及胸口都有發紅及脫屑的情況發生，頭皮的脫屑基本是洗完頭後半乾的時候已經馬上出現頭皮。
請問這是純粹的皮膚太乾燥所引起的嗎？
還是患上了皮膚病？
