偏頭痛

病患者女 - 37歲

患偏頭痛七、八年了，最近一兩年越來越嚴重，天氣變化、情緒變化都會引起頭痛，非常嚴重，整個頭像要炸裂一樣，做過檢查沒檢查出有什麼病，一直都是在犯病的時候依靠止痛藥。請問醫生是否有什麼治療方案？是否有什麼進一步的檢查可以做？
