腹部脹脹的。右面特別脹

病患者男 - 26歲

2日前有小小嘔同屙，主要係胃痛所以去咗睇醫生。
醫生話我係胃炎，食左藥之後冇甘痛。
之後食左d野，訓醒之後右腹就有d痛。不過係按落先會痛，腹部其他就有d痛同脹脹地，今日去左一次大便，不過好少。

想知點解右邊按下去會有dd痛？
