想知道究竟係暗瘡？定皮脂腺堵塞？

2017年6月因暗瘡問題開始食了半年A酸，吃完之後皮膚的皮光肉滑，但到2018年12月面頰的左右腮位置開始爆發至今，暗瘡？

通常都是左腮位置一炸的發出來，感覺是痕癢，這兩天開始試食補充品月見草但發現吃了兩天感覺嚴重左就立刻停補充品，煩惱，想知道如何解決？
