便秘

病患者女 - 20歲

大概三四日去一次廁所 每次去都很少 去不得乾淨 起碼去三四天先去得乾淨 而且大便一粒粒 大便上面會有明顯米黃色嘅黏液 這個情況不是每次都會有 黏液有時多有時少 而且常常有腹漲的問題 有試過食多菜和飲多水用處不大 不知道是什麼問題？
