焦慮症藥品

病患者女 - 38歲

醫生您好,有事請教，最近醫生開左二隻藥比我食，一）sertraline(hcl) tablet 50mg 及lorazepam tablet 1mg,每晚睡前吃，但為何第二日起身會有精神不振嘅反應，及我聽人講食精神科藥物會令體重上升，請問這二款藥會嗎？麻煩解答，謝謝
