川崎病的大概資料,會否有傳染性,有無須要預防?

本人兒子剛入讀幼稚園，現年三歲，得知同班同學當中有一個川崎病的小童。本人想知到這病的大概資料，會否有傳染性，有無須要預防。本人非歧視病人只想知些正面知識，或可有機會幫助這不幸的小童。有勞醫生們回覆，多謝。
