長期接觸石頭會唔會引致皮膚問題？

我係做石材公司既，即係大理石，人造石，等大型板材鋪地板果啲既，我發現啲石有好多粉，接觸完對手都好污糟的對手，所以一接觸完都會用梘液洗手。我想問，如果長期接觸哩啲石而又無戴手套，會唔會患皮膚病？
