呼吸困難定太緊張？

一星期前開始，會無啦啦呼吸得唔自然，之後就會慢慢留意自己嘅呼吸，要用口，大啖大啖咁呼吸，但又唔係抖唔到氣，不過心跳又唔係快，正常速度，心口又無唔舒服，係抖氣時有啲唔暢順。之後就每日大概有特定時間係咁，朝早大概8:30，之後晚上19:00 ，每次大概半小時，之後又無事。係有輕微哮喘嗎？
