極難斷尾的前列腺炎

病患者男 - 42歲

葉 sir、我是你的病人、患前列腺炎已經很久一直好難斷尾、幾個月前番發、剛剛食個兩個月抗生素後大約完藥兩星期左右好似好少少、但呢兩日尿道及龜頭附近開始間歇性會有微痛時有時冇有時小便會痛但很輕微、有時又會感覺下腹膀胱及兩側近大腿之間不適、不是好嚴重是間歇性、葉sir是否前列腺炎又復發定一路都未清？還是其他問題呢？前列腺炎係咪咁難斷尾？真係好困擾、謝謝解答
