腰間盤突出手術後腰腿酸軟

病患者男 - 83歲
進行腰間盤突出手術一個多月，但至今仍覺得腰腿酸軟，以致無法入睡，及腳無力，做了多次物理治療但未見改善，請術後酸軟是正常表現嗎?有何方法改善?
