摘取子宮後有什麼副作用

病患者女 - 47歲

我有子宮肌瘤，大約8-9粒，最大一粒6CM，其他1-3CM。我應否摘取子宮? 有沒有什麼副作用。會引致失禁嗎? 身體少了一個器官，會否引致其他問題?
