龜頭問題

病患者男 - 27歲

龜頭有脫皮及1-2小紅點，但過1-2日又無事，近幾日身體發熱，無胃口，全身無力，有時熱力集中系下半身：小腿及睾丸位置。想大約知關唔關性病事，需要去社衛驗嗎？如果睇私家又系睇邊科？
