如題, 我每日都飲3, 4支700ml水, 但好少廁所, 反而夜晚訓緊教時會滲啲出黎....另我係情緒病患, 問過醫生, 話我失禁唔關啲藥事, 我仲有高血壓同埋胆固醇高, 有食藥...
