醫生您好想問下我照胃鏡發現有輕微慢性胃炎同輕微腸化生，想問下情況嚴重嗎?

聽講腸化生係有萎縮胃炎先會有，但點解我呢個情況都會有既?另外想問下腸化生係咪算癌前病變?
