經痛

病患者女 - 19歲

我每個月經期都好準28，29日一定來，但每次來m我都想死，因為來之前大約2日都已經好唔舒服，但重頂得住，不過第一日開始就會痛到想死，頭，背同個肚都好痛，完全係落晤到床，之前係街試過幾次痛到暈低左，日日都食成8粒止痛藥，好辛苦，情況去到第三日先好啲，無咁痛，但都重係會痛，要第五日先無事，我想問除左止痛藥同暖水袋，有無其他方法可以暫時舒緩下先，好影響我心情同我重係讀緊書，咁落去唔得
